From time to time in certain geographies and at its complete discretion, CK may offer to make a donation to a charitable organization chosen by a subscriber, residing in or within a 15-mile radius of that geography, if the following conditions are met:

Remedies. The sole and exclusive remedy of any party against CK by reason of a breach or default by CK of any of its obligations shall be a return of any fees which have been paid to CK by such party.
